K.A. CHANG
K.A. Chang consults with organizations in the areas of talent and leadership development, innovation, cross cultural assimilation, productivity and reengineering management. He is former Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer, The Singapore Exchange (SGX). At SGX, he introduced a Talent Management strategy and framework founded on his research and design of the P.I.E.C.E. talent identification system. He led a joint research project with Singapore’s Ngee Ann Polytechnic on talent versus academic performance that led to the design of the ‘Troika’ talent development process, strategic talent pooling and leadership apprenticeship practices.
