CHANDNA SETHI
Chandna Sethi enables leadership development in organizations by facilitating Business Driven Action Learning programs that provide opportunities to executives to understand better the environment they operate in and to gain outside perspectives.
She carries out pre-program research to identify international best practices in a wide range of business issues and then organizes learning interactions with experts and thought leaders across a broad spectrum of industries and organizations in the private, public and development sectors.
She has worked in this area with clients such as Volvo, Johnson & Johnson, Swiss Life, SABMiller and the Da Vinci Institute for Technology Management, South Africa.
She has also provided business research and business development services to clients such as Malta-based IWG group, and Citibank, Hong Kong.
Prior to this, she worked in India from 1994 until 1997 with Titan Industries Limited, a part of the TATA group. During this time she first built up extensive sales and marketing experience in the company’s watch business and then held regional responsibility for the country’s first corporate jewelry brand.
Her experience includes two years as a systems executive with Fujitsu India.
She received her MBA from the SP Jain Institute of Management Research, one of the leading business schools in India.
