JAN FITZGERALD RYCL
Jan is Managing Director and owner of RYCL CONSULTING GmbH, an advisory firm specializing in the fields of Human Resources and Strategy. He has a more than 20 years track record in Action Learning, HR Optimization and Management Search, moreover in numerous Corporate Strategy assignments. A focus in his international expertise is on the Central European region, primarily the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.
In Action Learning, Jan has facilitated programs and initiatives in diverse European countries, relating to business themes as corporate growth, strategic alliances, post-merger integration, market entry, sourcing and others. In this context, he has been a long-year cooperation partner for the GEL network.
He is regularly engaging along a large scope of analytical and conceptual tasks, implementation as well as follow-up, having built long-term partnerships with many of his customers. In Leadership Development, he can bring-in a multi-year insight from strategic and operational HR work with client organizations. He has been consulting for corporations as Benteler, Boeing, Boston Scientific, General Electric, Johnson & Johnson, Kühne & Nagel, Mattel and Medtronic, furthermore hospitals and diverse institutions.
Jan has studied Business Administration at Munich University and EAP, today ESCP in Paris. He graduated in Strategic Management, Empirical Economic Research and Organizational Psychology. As a consultant and lecturer, he since many years has been closely cooperating with IMD and other leading international business schools. He speaks German, Czech, English, French and Italian.
Jan resides in Munich, Germany.
