I have over 30 years of local and international experience as a learning and management consultant, specializing in designing, leading and facilitating high-impact large-group events.
I’ve worked in more than 40 countries: using strategic action learning contributions to help clients with leadership, alignment, performance and culture shifts. In all cases, these enable leaders and top teams to become more effective, efficient and aligned.
Having worked with top organisations across the world, including many in the Gulf States, I’ve recently made significant action learning contributions to organisations including the Oman Oil Corporation, Sanlam, the Emirates Foundation (Abu Dhabi), the Court of the Crown Prince of Bahrain and Mercedes-Benz SA.
